Time until shipment
Craft time may very because the resin and layers need to harden 24-48 hours. Depending on the complexity this process could take up somewhere between 2-7 days.

Shipping time
Shipping time may very depending on the country. The shipping time includes the crafting time. 

The Netherlands 1-3 weeks.
EUR1 zone: 3-6 weeks.
Rest of Europe: 3-6 weeks.
Other countries can take up between 1 week till 6 weeks.

Returns & exchanges
Depending on the situation, returns are accepted. Whenever items are customised to your wishes, they are not eligible for return. Whenever they are without personalisation or not uniquely made for you, we'll be happy to take a return. We'll make sure to pay back the return amount as soon as possible. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
